The office staff was pleasant and courteous. They were accurate and timely in processing the paperwork. The mechanic, Barry I think was also respectful, timely and accurate. My car looks and runs great. Great service and great job!

Communication and customer service was top notch. Absolutely great, but I’m a pretty bummed that the plastic that covers my speedometer was rubbed or scratched and now it’s blurry. It wasn’t like this when I turned in the truck. There is also a rattle in my rear passenger door that wasn’t fixed. I’m sure you guys would fix this no problem, but your hours of operation is going to require me to use my time off to take care of this when it shouldn’t have been given back to me yet. The glass over the speedometer had to have been noticed. It’s very obvious. This appeared to have happened when the truck was cleaned I’m assuming. Again the customer service and communication was absolutely top notch.
