We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. In all honesty, Family members as well as some of my neighbors felt differently. However, My concerns were showing a patient attitude bc I wanted things to be right when I finally got my vehicle back. I tried remaining positive, knowing my concerns were not to rush repairs because safety first was what was important to me. Gorham and Sons had said up front it might take at least 3 weeks bc parts that needed ordering might take longer to retrieve. So because my $900 rental throuhj Stste Farms was over and my vehicle was not quite ready at this point I was happy when Gorman & Sons, chose to PUT ME IN A RENTAL which totaled 2 days.

I want to stress the fact that I ended up feeling 99.9 % satisfied, by the time I was able to drive away in my vehicle and so far since driving a fair distance, my Baby feels good SO I rated it a 10 because, the results after the, one month wait seems satisfying so far.
