Our goal is to provide a quality respectable service for customer vehicles in a timely fashion so that we create a lifetime customer bond. We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. We always tell customers to ask question because we are not hesitant to explain the process.

Missed a cracked mud flap and didn’t paint down over the textured rock guard at the cab end of the bed and did paint over the one at the rear of the bed and it stands out.

Once we got the car back, there was a censor that said something about checking the rear driver's side that wouldn't go off. My husband also said he smelled something burning? Since this discovery, we've called the shop back and plan to take it back for review.
