Our goal is to provide a quality respectable service for customer vehicles in a timely fashion so that we create a lifetime customer bond. We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. We always tell customers to ask question because we are not hesitant to explain the process.

Numerous issues that were not existent prior and warning lights on after "repair", part of engine was not put back on, does not drive or accelerate properly.

Communication was awful, it took over a month, we had to call for updates. Two very rude messages were left on my voicemail and another rude message was left on my wife's voice-mail after I advised the shop of outstanding problems.
