Our goal is to provide a quality respectable service for customer vehicles in a timely fashion so that we create a lifetime customer bond. We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. My daughter was in a car accident 500 miles from home and 82 miles from her college campus. The car was t drivable and trying to handle everything from far away was stressful -until we found Gorman and Sons. From the first call, they were kind, understanding, and made me feel at ease. They gave a fair quote for a big repair, had the car ready in about a week and even stayed open late so she could pick it up after class.
