Our goal is to provide a quality respectable service for customer vehicles in a timely fashion so that we create a lifetime customer bond. We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. In less than a day door trim was loose. I had to fix it myself. Secondly had to bring car back to get bumper fender reattached on passenger side. Seems like clips weren’t in place. Even though was corrected three days after picking the car up it still looks poorly done. Picked car up 12/13/2024 and had to return it for those minor adjustments on 12/16/2024

The repairs were fine. The paint job had questionable areas. My husband took the car over for them to look at it, but was told the damage was "not on that side". The hood was painted, regardless of where the damage was. I'm disappointed that, after bringing it to their attention, the concerns were dismissed. I feel companies should stand behind their work. Bottom line: the hood was painted as part of the repair, it has several flaws which should be addressed.
