We find that communication is key being in possession of a high valued asset so we make sure that our customers are aware of the process that their vehicle is in. Customer service is horrible, lady at front desk very rude and nasty. Kept car for a long time, gv back dirty and dusty, dings in my windshield they said they don’t fix, tire pressure light on, they don’t fix, park assist light service on. None of these items was an issue before and now is. Damage was in front of car but rummage through the whole car and in the back. Will not go there again, first and last
