I can't express the gratitude I have enough for the great, & diligent work that was performed on my Escape, after a car accident. It's been a real pleasure dealing w/Darryl Steger in the Body Shop all the way thru this process. He made it happen w/ the great mechanic who cared enough not to to rush it thru but to do an excellent job, like Darryll, & to put safety 1st place. I commend them. Thank you for having such a fine team. And, the Quick Lane's Brandon, & DeShaun aren't to be forgotten either. They proved their performance w/excellence, & safety also. đ

Work that was done was good. The car was full of sanding dust that I had to clean up with handprints on the headliner. Found Kieith the body shop manager very rude to me and his employee when asked a question
