Missing fuel and the fact that I had to bring damaged or missing items to the attention of the office staff managing the reassembly is bothersome. The manager Rick was however very responsive. I am currently awaiting the resolution of the issues at hand. Ask me for an assessment after the issues I've outlined are dealt with.

The overall body repair is satisfactory. There are some deficiencies relating the reassembly of my vehicle and overspray .on the right hand side of the vehicle. There are also me damaged or missing parts that will require replacement. There is also an issue with missing diesel fuel.

The work was good but why Laura continued to email my husband when I was the customer. My intake form did NOT indicate my husbands email only mine. She must have taken it from insurance paperwork. Lazy.
