The excellent service started with Claudia at the front desk. She was polite, attentive and quick to have me speak with " Estimator", Laura Rubics. Laura saw how upset I was about my car and was understaning and kind and assured me my car would be repaired and I would be pleased when I picked up my car. Laura kept her word and communicated with me through each step, which gave me comfort and trust. The technicians, and Matt did amazing work and as well as to present my car to me spotless inside and out! I can't stop telling everyone how happy I was. The Collision center manager-director is to be praised for the well organized team he has. I sincerly want to say Thank You!

Said “”ready”, arrived to find chrome not detailed, and chrome piece hanging out about 1/4 inch. Laura cleaned up the bumper, took it back to the tech, who lined up the chrome piece. Had to wait an extra 20 mins. If not for this blip, I would have scored a 10. Laura is great!

They were very thorough prompt. and vert professional. They did a great job with repairs and restoring back our bumper. They cleaned the car up real nice way more than we expected. The vehicle looked like we just purchased it from Honda.
