I’m writing to express our concern regarding the condition of our truck upon its return from your shop. The vehicle was with you for about a month, and unfortunately, it was returned to us with significant grease marks and residue and writing still on the front windshield. It appears there was no attempt to wipe down or clean the windows before the truck was handed back. We understand that some markings and residue may occur during service, but we expect a basic level of cleanliness—particularly on surfaces critical to visibility and safety—when a vehicle is returned. We’d appreciate your attention to this matter, and we ask that this be addressed to help maintain a professional standard and ensure safe operating conditions for our drivers.
