Promised car around 2, don’t believe it was even touched until I called for a pick up around 115, car was there at 8 per request from body shop so it could be done with their part by 1 when it was scheduled to go to service for brake adj. recall

I asked that no one clean or vacuum the inside of the truck. The truck is in immaculate conditiond inside and out. I asked for that the outside of the truck not be washed or touched except the area that they needed to work on. When I picked it up the first time the body work was far worse than the initial damage I wanted fixed. They agree to do it right and kept the truck longer. When I picked it up the second time the inside passenger side was dirty with mud on the floor mats. Lots more to say...unhappy doesn't explain it enough. Yes and no I'm satisfied with the work on my Jeep. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. Some of the parts that the insurance company had Graff use seem to be a cheap version of the OEM parts.

seems to have completed with appropriate care and detail. The only thing I would like to see is someone answer the phone in the auto body dept, I always had to leave a message. Would be nice for a person touch.

No one went over the final inspection with me. After I got home I noticed some smudges of some sort that should have been a part of the repairs. Not sure how to explain in words on here. Updates thru out the process could have been better. I was always the one to follow up.
