You had two months to find me a loaner car and you failed, your estimate, was you to have the car for 19 day or at least two weeks, you failed, you charged my insurance company more for stuff and you had my car done in a week and it showed, creases still in the rear door, unknown noise coming from my door area that drives me and passengers nuts, unknown stuff on my drivers side mirrors and paint around the window post. I am requesting line by line with picture audit and repairs that they have been already notified on to be done.

Ask for the tech who works there to fix AC also, he said that he will be because it was in the area where that person hit that side of the car and it never got fixed and also when I picked it up, there was a loud knocking noise. than before I even took it in I am not happy at all. they didn’t even fix the front end damage. It’s still popping out at the one seam on the outside. They did not even fix the car!!!
