I definitely would not recommend this shop to any family or friend, not after the experience I had.

Windshield was repaired, haven’t had any issues with it. Wiper transmission was repaired, also haven’t had any issues with it. The people who installed my windshield dented my fender, but it also got fixed. Still upsetting.

The communication was horrible, needs a lot of work. I kept being told that they’ll call me back for an update, and that only happened 2-3 times. Every other time I had to call, I kept being put through to voicemail so I’d leave all my info in a voicemail and even then, I still wouldn’t get a call back. I had to call several times a day until I finally got ahold of someone. They also kept telling me it’ll be done on this day, then that day rolls around and they delay it by another 2 days. Ended up being delayed 8 days after the original day they told me it was going to be done. Trying to arrange rides to work (in Saginaw) everyday was really challenging.

I lease the vehicle from Graff and wouldn’t take it anywhere else for repairs. I might go to Sierra in Saginaw for oil change/tire rotation because they can do the tires at the same time as the oil change.

Staff always friendly. Body shop does a great job. Clean up doesn't clean the vehicle all the way. You receive it half clean and half dirty still.
