I was satified with the experience dealing with Shannon in the body shop and the length she went to help us. Not satisfied that when we dropped off our vehicle to have estimated and repaired that they didnt included everything such as my engine light being on and including it in the repair along with my passenger light having issues. This was all caused by the accident but was not covered do to not being reported by the body shop techs. I ended up fixing the engine issue myself.

They did great work on the grill and bumper of my vehicle but didnt inspect the whole front end and engine like they should have to get the full work load done. They lost our paperwork causing us to have the rental longer than needed when we were having my Tahoe towed to my parents causing us to pay out more. Shannon in the body shop was great on going to certain lengths for us but they still needed to do a full inspection when putting in thr repair report making sure all was being covered.

I canât even describe the disappointment that occurred while you had my car in for repairs. I drive a working car into your dealership for approximately $800 of insurance work and close to two weeks later I had to have it towed to another dealership for completion of work. There was no pride in the finished product that you gave back to a customer. Just lousy excuses regarding previous work and insurance companies.
