Grand View Auto Body is an independently owned and operated collision repair facility that looks out for our customers best interests. We have been in Baldwin since 1985 and have been a staple in the community ever since. We take pride in knowing we perform quality repairs and work with all of our customers to make sure they are completely satisfied not only with the repairs to their vehicles, but the entire claims process as well. As a former insurance adjuster, I am able to explain the entire claims process to our customers so they are more at ease from the origination of the claim, to signing and mailing the final Certificate of Repairs. We are active members of the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Masonic Lodge which keeps us ingrained in the community. As a local shop in a town that has quite a few insurance driven collision repair facilities, we are the "local guys" which is what sets us apart from the production driven shops we are surrounded by.

Very nice place. Paul helped me a lot. And I could reach him anytime I wanted. Very cooperative place. Regarding the car repair, it was done pretty good. I can’t see a difference before the collision and after getting it repaired. I recommend the place. I didn’t regret of coming to them!

From when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up (3 days earlier than initially quoted), Paul kept me aware from start to finish with what was happening which as nerve wracking as getting a repair done due to a hit and run type accident was greatly appreciated.
