They were very sweet to me and customer service .. as far as how they presented and interacted… but when I inspected my car, my heart was broken. I had gaps my liftgate, made a terrible crunch noise when it lifted the molding was pulling away from the body. There was space between the mold, and the mold did not connect in places. My husband had a body shop for 40 years and I’ve never seen anything like this released as a job completed.
