Friendly staff, however I always had to call them to get an update and was told numerous different dates that my vehicle would be ready. I never received a call from them after the dates had passed and my vehicle was supposed to be ready.

The outside of my wife’s Ford Explorer looks as good as it did the day that we bought it (over 6 years ago). The repair work performed by Granite City Collision Center was outstanding! The work was performed faster than I expected and the estimator with whom we worked was professional and very attentive to our needs. My only complaint is that the rear hatchback door to the vehicle doesn’t seem to be totally “plumb” (aligned) now. We are now hearing a rather annoying “wind whistling” noise coming in around the subject door especially at highway speeds. The noise wasn’t there prior to the repair work being performed. You can also visually notice the spacing difference on one side of the door vs. the other when looking at the door from the outside. I assume that the door was removed to enable the repair work and then reinstalled. If not for the noise issue, I would have given Granite City Collision a 10 score.
