Davy was very nice as well as professional. The car looks great and they did an outstanding job! I am very pleased with what Granite City did. Everything seems to be working fine (it has high tech electronics) and all are working. I did call Davy about the tire monitor system and he told me what I would have to do concerning that because it is not functioning correctly. Overall, it appears and looks to be a superb job. Thank you Granite City.

Everything looked great on the car! The only gripe I had was the timeline and the consistent ‘it will be tomorrow’ and then proceeded to be almost 2 weeks more of waiting. Very communicative when I called, but was left out of the loop unless I made the phone call. Would be better if the tracking on the website had more information on what was being done and when.

Waited to order part which delayed the repair. Did not call us to let us know the repair was going to be delayed. Increased the amount needed to pay rental which drives up cost of claim.
