This is going to be long winded ! I honestly don’t know where to begin. So I went for a estimate with yall the granite city made my appointment to drop the truck off and start the repair after 13 business days and not one phone call I contacted y’all and was told to come pick up my truck that parts was on back order, and now my truck still isn’t fixed and my rental fund is almost completely expired itself. So fast forward 2 plus weeks I’m called to drop off truck again the positive to this was granite city covered the rental at this point. So after two weeks I called again and was told one part was waiting to be delivered and truck would be finished. The next day granite city called me and said we was now waiting on two parts. The very next day I called and was told we was waiting on 3 parts. So finally I’m called to pick up the truck after 2 weeks or more I show up and go to inspect or look over my vehicle and it isn’t even put together . It was missing the door seal, probably 10 plus screws from the wheel liners , some parts where on top of some one one side and under parts on the other. Then I popped the hood to look in the engine bay and the seal to the headlight that was replaced was just laying there on top of the wire harnesses this seal is important and keeps out water and road grim. Also the door seal that was completely missing is a major factor in keeping out water and dirt while in motion. All these issues was spotted by me in the matter of seconds which basically tells me that whoever repaired my vehicle one didn’t know what they was doing or two was lazy ! With that said I’m more disappointed in the fact that granite city called me to pick up the vehicle saying it was done in this type of shape. Where is the supervisor to inspect the vehicle before the cu is called ? How many other customers would have trusted y’all and drove away ? I’m highly disappointed in the communication and the labor , as for the paint work it’s spot on and looks good. Please check behind your workers. I completely understand back ordered parts and wait times but communication is key with us the consumer when these issues arise. Thank you

Very poor communication and service already left a long review on carwise describing all my issues with granite city but my truck was missing parts and pieces I believe a supervisor need to inspect the work before the customer is called a lot of my issues could have been prevented
