I need to bring it back in or least know who did the alignment. It pulls to the right now and I don't recall it doing that before the accident. It seems like it is more than the tires causing it to pull. The front passenger door has wind noise like the door isn't closed. I don't remember that. The rear bumper is severery scratched scratched on end. The running boards seem loose and missing bolts. John and the team are great to work with and kept me informed of the status.

I thought that they were very professional and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. They made sure to let me know to bring my vehicle back if there were any issues. They completed the work in a short timeframe which is very unexpected since CO-VID. I thank them and wound definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience here was excellent. My car was towed there on a Sunday, when they were closed, and they called me first thing Monday morning and had already run diagnostics on it. John was very pleasant and straightforward. They got my car done almost a week ahead of schedule and returned it cleaner than how they received it. Highly recommend!

Gray collision was very professional and did an amazing job repairing my suv. I was so worried before I carried my vehicle to them and didn’t know what to expect but they blew me away with their expertise, professionalism, honesty and just seemed very caring about my situation. I will always use them for any future vehicle repairs and modifications. I will also recommend the to anyone who needs vehicle repairs and maintenance. My suv looks better than what it was prior to the deer hitting it. They were quick to respond and punctual with the repair. I was thinking a month or two for the repairs and it only took two weeks or so. There needs to be more repair shops like gray collision, every shop in the area could learn from them. Excellent service!!!
