Thank you for EVERYTHING. I really have no criticisms bc you guys helped me enormously. The only item I would say - which may or may not apply to my case (bc idk how the repair process works) but I did not have a loaner car and it was tough being without a car for 2-1/2 weeks. Because my car was drivable - it would have been better to keep it until all my parts came in and THEN drop it off for the repair. But again- idk how the process works - and maybe all that time was needed. Thank you!!
