I'm past the 10th mark on this survey and any other survey. It goes without saying I trust no one with my car but you guys. I'd scratched up my hubcaps so badly on both sides because I didn't know how close I was to the curbs.The component that keeps you straight when backing up and not into the curbs. I didn't even know I had, until 2day when I was backing up, I have lines helping me now. I paid attention this time, the mechanics turned it on for me lol. I do have the backup camera but I guess the line component was never set. And believe me my hubcaps showed it. Olivia & Marcos you guys put a smile on my face everytime I come to you. Everything works even better than ever when I brought it off the floor in 2019. I will always come to you's, as long as you're in the city of LA and the state of California. No one else has any chance of ever getting up under my hood or any other parts of my car. I fully trust GREEN AUTO SOLUTIONS because you don't skimp on parts and throw things together. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. It's not enough room in this survey to tell you guys how I really feel! I can't thank you enough. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Around the first of the year I had a accident and went on Yelp looking for body repair shops and came across Green Auto Collision and spoke with MARCOS specifically. I spoke to him over the phone and he had told me to get the vehicle brought in to him and he got things started right away. From giving me the firm hand shake and looking me in my eye and saying “thank you for trusting us” all the way to the end they’ve been more than helpful and assisting. The hiccups and hassles that came about were solely on my insurance company but Marcos even left the shop to help me get things squared away with that even. Be careful on what insurance company you choose to go with but BE SURE TO CHOOSE GREEN AUTO COLLISION AND GO WITH MARCOS ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾

Mr. Marcos was very pleasant and respectful each time I spoke to him. Welcomed all my questions and went beyond to give me extra insight on how to handle an additional situation with car. I plan to go back to his shop for additional services. His shop was within minutes from where I reside.
