It was nice to get the daily emails keeping me up to date on the progress. The job was completed in the time frame promised. I really appreciated that they cleaned my car, was not expecting that but really appreciated it.

some electrical issues but apparently not their fault as Lexus indicated not uncommon for repair shops to have some problems with resets when done by secondary repair shops -- an idiocyncraciy with car brand .
