The communications were great and the vehicle looks brand new. My only disappointment was the part needed to fix the recall issue (easy to steal) was not included in the fix.

Jen greeted me when I arrived and assured me that everything would be taken care of. She kept me posted as to the progress of the claim, and the repairs. She was very pleasant to work with, and when she called to let me know my car was finished, I picked it up and was so pleased with the work they had done. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.
