The body shop service was stellar, but the communication with the insurance adjuster was not very good. Had to make several calls before I could receive a response. I had to make several calls regarding a rental car, before we actually received a response. Therefore, the overall customer service from the insurance company could have been much better. Not only did Green Township fix the bumper from the accident, my car was buffed and shining like a brand new car when I picked it up. They gave me service updates throughout the process as well.
