Not even sure where to begin... before GTC even even secured the repair, I called to ask questions about how the process works & mentioned I was unsure if I should be driving my car. Jen said just stop by and they will look at it to see if it is safe & give an opinion as I was planning to go out of town. Even though I had not decided who I was going with, Jen looked over the damage and removed some parts that might come loose. She said it would be almost 6 weeks to get it in for an appointment and reserved a spot if I wanted it. I had such terrible customer service from Liberty's other local garage who repaired my son's car, this was an amazing difference. I checked out a local Honda dealer who said they had 200 cars ahead of me and couldn't determine their warranty policy until talking to 3 people so I went with GTC. When my car did go in, GTC contacted Enterprise and had someone come to pick me up which was a big convenience. I was hesitant to leave my car as it has never been damaged but got updates whenever something changed and when it was ready to pick up. When I picked up my car, they spent at least half an hour answering all of my questions and showing me all of the parts that were changed and resolving a concern I had with the hood. They were patient and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend GTC to anyone.

We would not go any other repair shop except Green Twp. Collision. Jenn is great to work with and she is very knowledgeable about cars. Steve wants to make sure his customers are highly satisfied. Jenn Capps at the desk was great…personable, efficient. The only reason it’s not a ten is the repairs took ten days to complete. But the work was flawless, looked like new.

Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Pick up service and rental car return were seamless. Work was completed as stated and they even seemed to get all the broken glass! They were the third or fourth company I called from the list and they were the only ones that didn't give me a brush off and a two month timeline for an estimate quote. Would definitely use in the future and recommend to others.
