I would tell anyone to avoid Cassius and only work with Pauline.

Pauline was great to work with. Cassius was incredibly rude. I asked Pauline what was Cassius angry about and was told it had been a bad day for her. I refused to work with Cassius. She appeared to get angry at me when I pointed out 3 streaks of grease that some one there got on my driver's car seat as well as it looked like the sprite that spilled over the seats during the wreck was still there. I was not ugly speaking or demanding, in fact I apologized when I pointed it all out saying I am sorry but I can't accept this. I could hear Cassius talking loudly about me , repeating "I know what I am dealing with". Pauline took over and simply sent it to be steam cleaned. It worked beautifully. The repair look good but there is wind noise coming from around the repair. I have been too busy to stop back by but I intend to call Pauline and make an appointment if needed. I am sure it is a simple fix. The insurance adjuster said it is common to have to adjust doors.
