Was not impressed with condition of our vehicle upon delivery. Wife wanted dealership to do the repair thinking that they would do a really good job. Clearly she learned a lesson. We live 86 miles from dealer. We passed by other auto body repair shops we have used in the past that we were completely satisfied with. We Didn’t have a showroom expectation on a vehicle that is ten months old.

They did not update repair status unless we contacted them. Second time we contacted them they did not reply. Then after another week we contacted them, they said it would be ready end of next day.
