Todd that looked at our vehicle and did the estimate did a great job. He communicated with us through the whole process. We picked our vehicle up today and it looks great! Hopefully no more deer run in front of our vehicle but if they do we would go back to Caliber Collision.

Todd was great from start to finish. He looked at our damaged car and we received a detailed estimate of the damages the following day that we shared with our insurance company. Caliber Collision did a great job fixing our car!

Greeted me by my name with a smile. Professional and polite disposition. Explained to me where they were in the process and kept me informed throughout the process. Invited questions if l had any. Prompt in meeting me. Did not have to wait along time.

the repair was amazing. but it took extremely long.

repair is perfect which i’m extremely happy with but i didn’t enjoy not having my vehicle for 11 days. when the repair only took 17 hours. i completely understand that it takes time and there are alot of vehicles that need to be fixed but it wasn’t enjoyable. and i can track my vehicle and when i was looking at where my vehicle was, it was at a gas station which i was not contacted about.

the communication was good for the most part.
