The car was not repaired properly. When I asked why the work had not been done correctly, they told me that the vehicle had previously been repaired or damaged in that same area. However, that explanation does not justify the poor quality of the final result, as I expected a professional repair. In addition, they gave me an initial estimate, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, they charged me a higher amount than what was originally quoted.

The staff were friendly, professional and very skilled. I received regular updates and you could not even tell where my car had been damaged when they were done! Their office was also very clean and I never felt uncomfortable as a woman.
