In person or phone interactions were great. Just a few small things on the technology communication and repair. 1 - I understood the text that would say repair completed in 30 days to be a one time text, not showing 30 days every time. 2 - we were to be given updates every Tuesday and Thursday but that didn’t happen that frequently. 3 - the driver side window makes a light squealing sound when rolling down and up; maybe since it was reinstalled it just needs to loosen up?

When the original estimate on one of the repairs I wanted to have done was so much lower then the actual amount determined after the vehicle was dropped off for repair and an incorrect OEM part not ordered the first time it took a lot longer to complete the process. Communication from Alan was great but that did not get my vehicle done any sooner.
