A ten in most areas. We did not know a vehicle was available for use while ours was being repaired until late in the process. After our rental coverage from our insurance ran out we ended up paying $750 out of pocket before getting a loaner vehicle from you. Partly our fault because we could have kept better track of the process and inquired sooner ourselves. Communication was a bit slow at times, but always very helpful and considerate. Partly due to questions about the insurance coverage. All in all the people were great who assisted us.
