The loaner car had a transmission leak (I understand this is was not known but caused another issue), I was to have a nail removed from my tire also while it was being serviced. The car was returned to me and the PSI was 14 the tire was aired up. The next day I discovered the nail was never removed when the tires were rotated.

I have had several new vehicles & once & awhile I've had to have repair work done. This time was the first time that I was treated with respect and valued. Ryan Nelson worked beyond a normal representative or service tech to make sure my vehicle and I were taken care of. I can not speak more highly of Ryan & his work ethics. The care & repair for my vehicle was important to me & after working with Ryan before the repairs were done, he made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of, including me. Ryan is a rare manager that definitely should be recognized as what a high standard of a representative of any business should be!

I appreciated all the updates so I wasn't kept wondering when my car would be done. I never had to call to check in it. I also appreciated very much that my car was clean when picked up.
