I had one of the worst experiences with Gregg Young thus far. I dropped off my car during my scheduled time (10/16/23) but because Nationwide forgot to authorize a rental for me, I had to leave and make an extra trip back to drop off my car once I secured a rental. Gregg Young was no help as they told me to call the rental car place when I actually needed to call Nationwide. Once my car was dropped off absolutely no one told me how long it would take and I didn’t get a single update while it was in Gregg Young’s possession. I called Monday (10/23/23) for an update, because still no one had called me with status updates to see if my car was done; they told me it was. So I drove almost 40 min to grab my car, turns out it wasn’t actually done. Communication internally among the team is clearly nonexistent and at this point I’m livid. So I drive 40 min back home. I call Tuesday, and they tell yup it’ll be done. So I drive the 40 min back again, but to my surprise it was actually done this time. Needless to say, I hope I won’t be visiting again anytime soon.
