Had vehicle for two weeks and my biggest complaint is the truck was returned and the interior was full of dust and fingerprints with the money claimed I was expected truck to have a full detail not to be full of primer and filler dust

Told it would take a week. I called on Friday where I was told more parts were needed and it would be at least 1 more week. Following week I called them for an update again... Told should be done by 5 pm. Not asking for the world here but if you tell me a week and need more parts I am ok with that. However, they should have called me when they knew they needed more parts and that it would be extended because of that. If that would have occurred, higher rating. Then, instead of me calling on the following Friday for an update - call me to let me know what is going on. The lack of communication is what earned these lower scores.

I wasn’t super impressed when I picked up my truck after repair the outside looked good but there was paint dust all over the inside. I don’t think they even attempted to cover our seats during repair. Also they left blue tape on the top of our truck along with a tool I discovered after driving all the home
