Travelers was not the most helpful & the body shop wad its issues with folks quitting. My experience with Karal Cheverloet in the past was much smoother & their rental service is on grounds.

The only reason I would not give it a 10 is that 1. My truck floor and mats have a quite a bit of body filler dust that I will need to clean. 2. When I dropped off the vehicle, no delivery date expectation was set. I had to call. That said, this was a very satisfactory experience with the shop. Very nice shop manager, estimate process was great, and repairs were satisfactory.

The repair work looks good, the car was returned to us with finger prints, white stuff on it. Took it to the car wash, didn’t come off, used a rubbing compound to clean it. Did not expect this. This is the 1st time we have purchased from Gregg Young.

When we purchased this car, we down sized to just 1 car, we purchased a package where we would get a loaner if needed. The gentleman in the collision center thought we should use our insurance for a rental, we have to pay 20%. Didn’t agree to that when paid extra to GY for a loaner.
