Bought a brand new Denali from Gregg young with transmission problems upon purchasing from dealership. Took it to Gregg young in plattsmouth for repairs which they said nothing was wrong, they had the truck for 7 days. Took it out today and transmission locked up leaving me and my wife stranded. If they would have just done there job the first time and properly diagnosed the issue I wouldn’t be in this situation with a brand new truck that is dead! Worst experience form a dealership ever!!

Worst experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Transmission problems driving from the dealership that they couldn’t repair when they had the vehicle for a week leaving me and my wife stranded.

Everyone at Gregg Young was wonderful! Austin kept me up to date on the status of my Tahoe and he thought it’d be there for 5 days but was only 2. Very quick and the scratch was fixed with precision and they even installed my new floor mats for me. The loaner I had was sold while I had it so Kayla drove down to Lincoln and brought me a new loaner and picked up the one that was sold. Very impressed with how well Gregg Young takes care of their customers.
