Pretty upset that one of the things didnt get fixed when i called at least twice to make sure it was noted in the claim. Our trunk also wobbles when it closes not sure if its suppose to do that. We no longer have a rental and you called and quoted maybe needing the vehicle for half a day to fix something that shouldnt even be broken so my husband will miss at least a half of day of work. We won't have a vehicle that fits all our kids in to even pick them up from school. So pretty much making it next to impossible to get fixed which is really unfortunate.

I have used OCR for years and have always been satisfied. I will continue to use them. I had one concern and that is under the wheel well that had work, it may not have a good seal. Honestly, time will tell but thought I would mention it.
