Everyone was great except for 1 thing. When they called to tell me to bring in my vehicle, she wouldn’t give me an “estimated” time frame of how long it was taking to get cars in. She wanted me to bring g it asap due to possible suspension damage and I shouldn’t be driving. Ok, understand that. She said approximately 2 weeks for repairs. Ok, I understand. But I had no idea if cars only sat for a day or two before getting in or if it would sit for a week or two before getting in. There are several shops in Bellevue with long waits and I had no idea if this was one. I tried rephrase my question multiple times but she refused to tell me. Whether borrowing a vehicle, renting, or making arrangements to work from home, an estimate would have been wonderfully appreciated. As it was, they (mostly) had it back to me in the two weeks estimated and I was happy with that.

The quality of the work is exceptional. There is no way you can see any evidence of the accident that led to the repair. The paint color and sheen match perfectly. This is the third time (two different cars) that we've taken the cars to Offutt Collison. We'd never go anywhere else!

AWESOME!!!! I cannot think of any other way to describe my experience with Offutt Collision Center! Everyone I engaged was professional and personable. Cali, out front is outstanding and if I still owned my business I would be trying to steal her away. She made sure everything was communicated well and was always upbeat and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for any pain projects or if unlucky enough to have another person back into my truck while it is sleeping calmly in a hotel parking lot. Great Job with the repairs and they waited until the lights I requested come in to finish the job. They could have just parked it outside and waited or told me to come get it and bring it back. They didn't and it means the world to have a business who believes in customer support.

I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the repair process and Offutt Collision Center. The Collision Center customer service was outstanding. From the wonderful experience with Cali at the reception desk and the one who reached out with updates as the progress progressed. I never had any question of what was going on or where my vehicle was in the process. The estimator Kaycia was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns and expectations. Offutt Collision Center exceeded my expectations.
