The body shop had my car for over five weeks. There were some problems with parts arriving late and others with flaws. Also I understand that USAA was delayed in approving the second estimate, My problem is that I never received a single phone call telling of a delay and why. On One of my calls, I was advised of the USAA delay. I called USAA and cleared it right up. Not good customer service.

I found the staff and manager quite competent, friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with my vehicle repair. Actually went above and beyond by coordinating the pickup and return of my rental vehicle w/o being asked. Kudos to the team…!!!
