At the time of the required repairs, I asked Regan and Luke to make sure my right front headlamp assembly was replaced to match the new left headlamp assembly. That was not done. I received two quotes after the fact. Be in writing for over $500 and a verbal for over $200. Totally unacceptable when the new left front headlamp assembly was only $50, not to mention the truck was already disassembled for the needed repairs. Just an example of poor communication and the not putting the customer first.

You guys were very communicative, you made the whole experience very easy and simple. Everyone was very polite and kind and I was so surprised when I got my car back and the inside of my car was so beautifully cleaned. I have three children and my youngest is special needs and it is so hard for me to get time to clean out the car; and I was so embarrassed at how bad it looked. Thank you so much.
