The staff all worked together to answer questions. Explained the process. The car looks great can’t even tell where it was repaired. When friends heard where the work was being done,they said that Grossman was great and it is.

This repair was clearly done incorrectly. Securing clips missing inside wheel well for remounting the bumper (or have since fallen off) within 2 days of receiving vehicle. Front bug shield was never reinstalled, leaving a gap where it was. This is for a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. Would not recommend.

Everyone was friendly, communicative, clear in communication, professional.
