After coming in twice, Grossman broke a component in my car, sent me home and told me that they did not cause the issue. I had to leave it at the dealership for 5 days to fix it. The dealership said that it was broken during the repair.

I had a wonderful experience with Grossman Body Shop. After my car was damaged, they took complete care of everything and made the entire process stress-free. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming from day .They kept me fully informed and updated during the whole time my car was in the shop. To top it all off, they delivered the car exactly when they promised, and they did a truly fantastic, flawless job on the repairs.
