It took longer than expected d/t difficulty getting one part that was needed. They kept me apprised and were apologetic even though it was out of their control. My car looks great!

Communication from the collision center was sparse, even after requests for more communication. Estimates for repair times were always wrong, in some cases by very large time differences. Not all repairs were completed (front passenger turn signal still doesn't function).
