Went to this location with uncertainty, mostly because I hadn’t heard about anyone having collision work done here. But I am glad I did! Truck looks brand new! Honestly can’t tell the vehicle had damage! My family now has an expert, friendly, caring staff to be greeted with when anyone needs professional work done. Will be seeing them again in the near future to continue on with what beautiful work they do!

Grossman’s body shop staff went totally and completely out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent (on a huge job) and they were responsive also. I appreciate their transparency and attention to detail. My car is like brand new and even when I was impatient they were understanding and caring. Wonderful all around.

Everything looks beautifully done and no dents and cracks!!!! But one problem when they put my rear wiper back in they put it in upside down. And it’s now wiping the window but below! I called and hopefully they can fix their mistake today

I had a terrible experience. They said that they would text updates (lasted a day) and call when they had updates. They estimated about 3 days on the repair. After 5 days, I had to call and get an update on the car. When I needed an update after that, I still needed to call them and not vice versa. The repairs took a total of 14 days.
