I am unhappy with how they raped my insurance company. I had an estimate and I told them what needed fixing and they “fixed” things that had nothing wrong with them and sis so without asking me!

I was not updated appropriately. I had to inquire. Day car was supposed to be due, time stretched double for pickup. This is a tough year to predict shipping- a phone call would have been nice
