Gino and his staff did a great job repairing my car. I'm from out of state and had an accident on 95 with a turkey trying to go through my windshield. It caused a lot of damage inside. I can't say enough of how well we were treated by your staff. They kept us informed on every step along the repair process. Just picked up the car yesterday and it's like brand new. The scrape/dent was taken care of. It looks like new. I was told it would take 5 to 12 days, and it took 5. Enterprise came to get me, and I only had to return the car to Grossman. Well done!

I was very happy with the communication. I am a little disappointed that they didn’t tell me the details of how the job was done. When I got my vehicle back it was obvious that they had removed my windshield. Everything was taken off and I wasn’t told that would happen. I would have liked to know the steps in the repair.

The only thing that I wish I knew about was the fact that they were gonna remove my windshield and that they were going to be touching things in my car. The stickers that they removed from my windshield were not put back on in the way that they were before and overall, I had no idea that they were gonna have to do something like that, and I would’ve liked to know that ahead of time they did not give me any details about how they were going to fix the vehicle and that upset me.
