From the moment Progressive notified me that my vehicle could be scheduled for repair the entire process was delightful. Progressive suggested I work with Grossmsn and it was stemless. My rental car was waiting g for me. All repairs were made with daily text updates and my car was clean inside and out waiting for me. What a surprise! The experience was exceptional! There were still some error lights on my dash, so you can't entirely say they "fixed" my car, although those particular systems aren't "NEEDED" in order to drive my car.. so they did a fantastic job, on the general repairs! And I am grateful! So thank you for the great work you do, I appreciate it!

After I delivered my car to the collision center I received a text to update me on my car’s status. Original text indicated 3 days before car could be returned to me. I was thrilled when they called to say my car was ready the next day and it’s looks beautiful. Like new. And washed and vacuumed. Great friendly service.
