Every day that they promised it would be done, it wasn’t done, and had to keep extending car rental, costing me nearly $1000. Once I cried to the manager, he finally rented me a car. He did drive it all the way to my job, which was very very helpful. I got into my car and the tire sensors were all lit up and the tire in back being budged out. I haven’t wanted to call them back because I can’t deal with not having my vehicle again for extended amounts of time. The manager was great at remedying my initial concerns, but I don’t feel like it was completely fixed when it was returned.
