I was fortunate to have met Marcel from the beginning he was very kind and courteous and explained in detail what would be happening with the insurance adjuster in the process of what would happen once it was approved to be fixed. I also followed up to let me know that the claim was approved and approximately how long it would take before I would be picking my car up once the job was complete. I am an older person who appreciated his patience in taking the time to explain things thoroughly. I realize that’s what you expect of your staff. He truly should be recognized and commended or doing a great job. Thank you again.
