Service was amazing both in person and communication about updates. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my vehicle was done earlier than expected and came back freshly cleaned and looking brand new.

I was considering paying for my repairs on my own and that the gentleman to quote me just repairing the fender, and then the door or the hood. But when I decided to submit it through insurance, I’m mistakenly to assumed that all the damage from the accident would be repaired. I was not the case. They only repaired the fender and the door. So I had to pay $500 extra for someone to repair the cracked paint damage to the hood, which was only an inch from the edge of the destroyed fender. So I’m dissatisfied in myself, that I didn’t clearly ask what was going to be repaired before I dropped it off at Moody‘s so I was clear on that. But also dissatisfied that the person who recorded the damages tryed to convince me that the cracked paint that was not repaired on the hood, an inch from the completely dented fender, wasn’t due to the accident. I think I know my car and I think I know how it looked before I got smacked by a deer in the side. But your quoter thought he knew more about my car before the accident than me. So ultimately,I I’m disappointed that I brought it to Moody’s. If I had brought it to a different shop, I am sure they would’ve repaired the whole thing including the hood. But I’m a Gorham local and a friend of Shawn Moody so I thought I would be loyal to Moody’s. I have a very good driving record so I hope not to have any more accidents but if I do, I will either bring it to Moody’s and be sure it is very clear what you will repair, or I might take it to a different shop. Being loyal to Moodys cost me an extra $500 just to repair my cracked hood paint.

I had to be persistent to get updates. At the start, I had no information. I made sure to call the first day car was towed to make sure my information was on file. A few days later, nothing. I had to call to inquire the status & what the turn around time would be. Original completion date was 7/16. I called that day to ask if we could pick it up. Was told they were waiting on grill, the previous 2 grills were cracked. Confirmed 7/20 as completion. Called yet again on Monday.. had to wait for confirmation & finally able to pick up on Monday afternoon. Communication for the process needs improvement.
